THE DREAM: I was looking at some artwork which kept flashing up. It was very inspiring. Then I heard the sounds of a sailor who was drowning. It was a slow wailing sound of a death cry. The cry also sounded like the person was drunk.

THE REALITY : The dreamer dreamer was inspired to do some art work and the first portion of the dream seems to link to that feeling of inspiration. But the dreamer woke up to hear his next door neighbour wailing and singing in real life like a drunken sailor. It was therefore a distraction dream caused by the dreamer being woken up.

ART: The dreamer was inspired the day before by artwork he had seen.
DEATH: The dreamer woke up to his neighbour sounding as if she was dying. It was like a death cry.
DROWNING: The dreamer was woken up by his neighbour was drowning.
FLASHING: This probably symbolised flashes of inspiration as the dreamer was trying to encourage himself to do some art.
SLOW: The dreamers neighbour was crying in a slow and continuous way.
DRUNK: The dreamers neighbour sounded as if she was drunk.

CRY: The dreamer was woken up by the cries of his neighbour.

During the dream I started hearing the sound of my neighbour crying and shouting. It sounded like a slow death of a drowning drunken sailor."
