THE DREAM: I was in the Big Brother house (that's a reality TV program). I was fearful I was going to get the blame

THE REALITY : In real life the dreamer had bad diarrhoea. He was scared it might have been passed on to his grandmother who was very old and frail. Dreams are in the here and now - often they are just linked to the mind transferring short term memories into long term memory banks. This dream seems to fit this. This dream simply can be translated into the following quote - "I am scared that I might have passed on diarrhoea to my grandmother who is old and frail." The dream then just pivots on blame in real life being replayed in a story with a similar theme of blame. The Big Brother House is a game show which takes place in a very enclosed space so it's an excellent symbol for worries about passing on contagious illnesses.
