THE DREAM I had feeling that I was the president. I felt a group of people cowering beneath me who were scared of my power or who had to do as they were told.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION : The dreamer had just made a complaint about a neighbour who was constantly being abusive and anti social. She was scared to complain but now believes that the complaint has made her neighbour more scared and caused her to improve her behaviour. She thought that the complaint would provoke her but it seems to have made the situation better. The dream seems to have caught this exact feeling - "She seems to be scared of the authorities and fears and anti social order and eviction. I feel a new sense of power and the complaint has worked."
