THE DREAM I am doing some work and feeling extremely stressed. Suddenly this hand appears to be soothing my forehead.

THE REALITY The previous day the dreamer was stressed out because of the presence of a particular woman. Previously he had been extremely stressed out by her because of the sexual feelings he had for her combined with some bitter confrontations and misunderstandings. This day he was starting to feel more relaxed mostly because she was a lot more settled in his presence. During all this the dreamer was trying to occupy himself with work.

DREAM INTERPRETATION Dreams will often relate specifically to the day before. Anxiety dreams are not often general - instead they relate to specific incidents or moods. The day before the dreamer had felt an extreme tension with a woman whilst working. Her presence was annoying him.

The work he was doing in the dream was very reminiscent of real life the day before. Also the emotions he felt were similar. He felt a lot more soothed and relaxed. Much of the stress with this woman was caused by some misunderstandings. He felt less tension from her. That's probably the meaning of the dream.

STRESSED WORK: Exactly the same feeling from the day before. The dreamer had tried to occupy himself with work whilst this woman stressed him.
