THE DREAM - I dreamt about rough council estates last night. I had one dream about running fast to avoid danger. It was like I was dodging people who were shooting at me. In a later dream I was at Edgehill(a rough council estate). I was near the off license. I had spotted an offer for cheap alcohol. Then I saw this man in the middle of the road. He was on his hands and knees with his head in his hands. He was screaming in desperation saying that "this is why I want to kill myself". Then there was this man who was cleaning up rubbish. There was rubbish all over the place just randomly disgarded.

THE REALITY The dreamer had just recovered from a physical health problem which had blighted him for years. He also suffered from depression and extreme anxiety.

THE INTERPRETATION There had been a major change in the dreamers health. Recently a major physical health problem had been cured. He had been struggling just trying to get through each day. Now his health was improved he could start to turn his attention to other problems.

The suicidal man in the dream represents the dreamers own mental health problems and feelings of worthlessness. The need to clean up rubbish represents the need to clean up his life and rid himself of anxiety.
