THE DREAM I had a dream last night that I was living in a town that was bracing for two storms. They were both approaching the town at the same time but coming from different directions. Strangely, one storm was a tropical storm and the other was a snow storm.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION I'm currently involved with a man who is younger than me, I'm not sure where the relationship is headed, and I'm dealing with insecurities.

Well if this dream does represent and symbolise the background feelings that you mention then how does that symbolism work? Of course storms represent the emotional storms and stresses that we face. But why tropical storms AND cold storms. I think that the snow storms maybe represent negative emotions which you fear may result from rejection. The tropical storms perhaps symbolise the pressures that you feel to compete and live in a world with younger people... so even when you are feeling good (more associated with warmth) then you still feel that insecurity...
