THE DREAM I was being shown how to pick up tab ends (half smoked cigarettes). There was a special route up staircases some of which were falling down. I followed the exact path which helped me. The people showing me were drug addicts or similar. They were lower class people (many drug addicts) who had no money and who were doing the best they could in difficult circumstances.

THE REALITY: The dreamer was expecting a big drop in income and so was expecting to be thrown into poverty. This dream is easy to analyse. Dreams follow a theme which uses a story which features a theme which does not seem relevant to real life, but which evokes similar emotions and feelings. This dream is simply a metaphor which captures the following feeling - "I am expecting a big drop in income. I will be like one of the people who pick up half smoked cigarettes."
